She Dares to Rise 2026 is an intentional gathering of leaders, entrepreneurs, and community builders who are coming together for authentic connection, inspiration, and growth.

This is not just another event. It is a day dedicated to courage, storytelling, and community. Together, we will celebrate women who have dared to break barriers, redefine leadership, and embrace their authentic selves.

With six powerful speakers, including the host herself alongside shared experiences and intentional networking, this event is designed to ignite courage, foster collaboration, and build a sense of belonging that lasts long after the day ends.

• Host / Founder: Dr. Shi Choong, homeless at 15 to raise 3 younger siblings to PhD, a former Intel engineer and now the producer and visionary behind the conference.
